Shipping policy

When your order ships
Ready-to-ship pieces are finished and in stock. Made-to-order pieces are made for you and ship in about 4 to 6 weeks. Each listing shows whether a piece is ready to ship or made to order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Insured, signature-required delivery
Every order ships fully insured, with a signature required on delivery.

United States
US orders ship via UPS or USPS. Orders of $500 or more ship free. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx, with rates calculated at checkout. International orders are final sale, except orders shipped to the European Union. See our refund policy for details.

Rush orders
If you need a piece by a certain date, email carolinedisston@gmail.com before ordering and you will hear what is possible.

Local pickup
There is no retail storefront, so local pickup is not available.
